It’s been a tough few weeks at work, so I’ve not made much progress on my self-publishing journey. I’ve been reading a few blogs about the steps you need to follow and, honestly, it’s all a bit overwhelming.

So, because I actually want to enjoy this experience, my next step is to write a plan. I’ve already finished my novels (first step), incorporated feedback from readers (step 2) and am getting some proofreading and copy editing, but the next few steps are a bit of a blur. Cover design, ISBN number, blurb, it all seems to happen at once. With a bit of headspace this week, I hope to disentangle it all.
